My name is Andrew Dowdell and I have loved cars and engineering since the day I was born. As a toddler, I loved cleaning the house because I got to use a vacuum, and vacuums fascinated me. Ever since then, figuring out how things work has been a part of my everyday life. My love of cars also began at a young age; when I was little I insisted on getting car company logos shaved into my hair when I would get haircuts, and would often be found just sitting in a car and studying the different parts of the car. As I grew up, both engineering and cars continued to fascinate me, and now as an incoming senior in high school I have created this website to be a space for me to share some of my projects. Over the course of the past few years I have also become involved in videography, more specifically for circus performances, so you will find some footage from performances here as well.
